I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics and the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University. 

My research focuses on Labor Economics, Firm Dynamics, and Spatial Economics.

I am also a member of the Global Repository of Income Dynamics (GRID) project, working on earnings inequality, mobility & income risk.
